Between 2010 and 2015, our company began to slowly expand its team and began to offer a broad spectrum of exterior services. In addition, Michael and Matt began sharing many of the management responsibilities within the company. By the year 2016, John began to extend the company’s ownership and management to Michael and Matt, with them eventually taking on lead roles.

At the beginning of 2017, the team took on their new roles at the start of the next season. As the natural visionary of the team, Matt Esh became the General Manager. He began to focus on managing the Sales and Office Teams.

Michael, on the other hand, is a detailed thinker and is the Field Manager for the company. He is in charge of scheduling, team building, training new employees and managing the field operations.

Finally, John Esh works in scheduling and could not be happier to offer his 30 plus years of sales experience to anyone who asks! The Esh family collectively considers it a tremendous blessing to be able to have grown up working together side-by-side. John has set a great example of what it means to serve those we work for!

At the beginning of 2019, the company name was changed to E&E General Contracting to more fully reflect the services we provide. Michael and Matt are excited about the prospect of continuing to grow the company. They plan to build a wonderful Business Team and establish a foundational set of values that will help to provide our customers with a fantastic contractor experience for years to come.
