Garage Addition & Home Remodel

Overview

For this garage addition and home remodel, we added a second floor above the garage and installed new siding, roofing, PVC trim, gutters, windows, and doors.

By building the garage addition, we were able to help accomplish the goal of adding more living space!

The black & white color scheme along with the cupola and board-n-batten siding create a beautiful modern farmhouse look. The black standing seam metal roofing and functional composite shutters are also key accent components to this design.

Matt and crew went above and beyond all of our expectations. They take such pride in their work and are a pleasure to have around. We had our roof and siding replaced, a new addition upstairs, rebuilt front porch, and some new windows done. Super happy with everything that was done. They came back multiple times to make sure everything was perfect. We look forward to hiring them again in the future.

Materials Used

Siding: James Hardie fiber cement siding, arctic white

Roofing: GAF Timberline HD charcoal black shingles, black standing seam metal roofing.

Windows/Doors: Andersen 400 Series white double-hung windows.

Trim: White PVC palight exterior trim around windows, porch posts, porch ceiling, corners, and frieze boards.

Shutters: Black composite raised panel shutters with fully functional hardware.

Cupola: PVC cupola with copper roofing.
