Residential Remodel Project
Overview
On this residential remodel project, this home needed a lot of wall sheathing repairs due to water damage created by poorly flashed areas.
After removing all the existing stucco and replacing damaged wall sheathing, we installed new Vinyl Siding and a lot of custom PVC Trimwork. We also added Standing Seam on the bay roofs and new Ply Gem Durata Stone around the front door area.
There are several arched windows on this project where we installed custom bent White PVC Exterior Trim to match the curvature of the windows.
Let me first preface this by saying that I work in the building materials and construction industry. Therefore, my expectations for quality workmanship and attention to detail are very high. The decision to hire E&E to work on our home was an outstanding choice. They walked us through the entire project and were available at any point to address any questions or concerns we may have had. E&E was extremely professional, courteous, and displayed exceptional craftsmanship during the entirety of the project. We are very happy with the work they did on our home and it was a pleasure working with everyone at E&E. We look forward to working with E&E again when we need a new roof. Thank You!
